BEastCon 2023: On a New Level  is a black culture and leadership experience designed for young professionals across the East Coast to give them the tools and confidence they need to reach new heights in their careers, business endeavors, or personal lives. 

Throughout conference weekend, attendees will also get a taste of the culture, history and vibes unique to the host city, Richmond, VA. Richmond, also known as the "River City" or "RVA" is rich with black history and was once considered the "Harlem of the South". It has been named one of the best cities to live in on the East Coast and ranked as a top city for future economic growth and development. 

The National Urban League Young Professionals is excited to showcase this weekend filled with a robust program featuring modern topics attendees can learn from, quality networking and of course the opportunities to turn up and celebrate what black community, culture, and style is all about!

• Inaugural "Harlem of the South Sneakerball". 8PM-12AM
